Removing the Filter Option and Category

Hi!
My name is John and I am a Joomla 2.5x web designer. I am new to your GMapFP extension. I have it up on my client's website - NOT live yet.
I am wondering how I can remove the FILTER option at the top of the page as well as the category name that is in (Italics).
I have included a pic of the page - via print screen to let you know what I mean.
Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

BUT I still cannot remove the Filer option even AFTER going to the "affichage" / field : "View filter's option" and clicking hide on it.

I would like to get the pro version but when I go into Pay Pal, There is no dropdown field the USA part and its all in a foreign language.

Please advise..
