The filter doesn't appear

I have used the free version of GMAPFP with joomla 1.5, where using "displaying a map with a simple listing of a category" the filter appears at the top of the map and allow you to filter some elements display on map.
Now i tried to use the free version of GMAPFP for joomla 3.23 but the filter doesn't appear. Is it included in the free version for joomla 3.3x ?
