2 questions about image and filters

Hello,
I start to use this cool component from today, but there are two things which exist in demo page, but I can not find them inside admin panel. I am using category listing of component to show some of the categories I made.

1. In demo page, in the list of places (NOT in the map), for each item, the image of place is displayed, but in my page, no image displayed although they displayed for the items in the map.

2. In the filter section in demo page, there are two dropdownboxes, for the city and also choosing the category, How can I can I enable them?

I found the first problem, the problem was inside the CSS of my own website, but I still dont know the second problem.
