pro version logged in users cant add listings

Hi I recently upgraded to pro version but since the upgrade my users who log int he traditional way cannot add listings.

My site has two login methods. One using social login via login radius module and two the traditional joomla username and password method. My problem occurs when a user logs in the traditional way and tries to add a listing they are directed to the login page that tells them that they are already logged in. When a user logs in via social network (facebook) they have no problems adding a listing. I have contacted the developers about this a few weeks ago and was asked for super login details. I have sent them through and even a follow up email but haven't heard back from them. Does anyone know what may be causing this problem?
