Address organisation was created by pedders

When showing a list of places, how can I hide the bits in red?

Address : 123 This Street
Town/Suburb/City : Thistown
Postal code/ZIP : AB12 4DG
State/County/Province : State
Description :

Also how do i reorder the sections so postcode comes before description?
